Role Description
The Event Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Event Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion, including client briefing, budgeting, timeline management, vendor coordination, and on-ground supervision.



This role involves collaborating with internal teams on branding and experiential marketing concepts, preparing event proposals and presentations, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. The Event Manager will handle logistics, permits, and technical requirements, oversee rehearsals and production schedules, and manage post-event reporting and feedback to improve future programs. The position requires frequent interaction with clients, partners, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications
- Event planning and coordination skills, including experience in end-to-end event management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
