Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Plant Head
to oversee the overall operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving production efficiency, quality, productivity, cost optimization, and timely delivery while ensuring a protected and disciplined working environment.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, shop floor management, team leadership, and continuous improvement, preferably within aerospace, precision engineering, or high-technology manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, planning, and logistics.




- Take complete ownership of day-to-day manufacturing and shop floor operations.
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate production teams, machine operators, programmers, and support functions.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and improve overall productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain best practices in manufacturing processes, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Stores, Project, Logistics, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.
