Ironnroot Fitness is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns.

Your primary responsibility will be to speak with potential clients, understand their fitness goals and challenges, explain our personalized coaching program, handle objections, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads into paying clients.

This is a sales and closing role, not a customer-support role.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify leads generated through Meta Ads, Instagram, website, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct discovery/strategy calls with potential clients.
- Understand the client's fitness goals, lifestyle, challenges, and requirements.
- Clearly explain Ironnroot Fitness' personalized fitness and nutrition coaching programs.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospects.
- Handle common sales objections related to price, time, commitment, family approval, and hesitation.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Consistently work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Move prospects through the sales process from lead → consultation → follow-up → payment → conversion.
- Coordinate with the coaching team when required for client onboarding.
- Continuously improve sales conversion through follow-ups and relationship building.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, business development, or high-ticket sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over phone/video calls.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Valuable English communication; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to follow up persistently without being pushy.
- Good understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion.
