Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle professional to lead and anchor our Oracle CoE practice from India. This is a senior,

high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Presales, Solution Architecture, Proposal Development, and Practice

Capability Building.



The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle Cloud functional and/or technical expertise — ideally across

Oracle Fusion (ERP, SCM, HCM, or EPM) — and the ability to translate complex business challenges into compelling, win-

ready Oracle solutions.

You will work closely with Jade Global's North America sales, delivery, and leadership teams to win deals, shape service

offerings, build reusable IP, and grow the Oracle talent pipeline in India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Presales & Client Engagement

Serve as the primary Oracle solution subject-matter expert (SME) in presales engagements, responding to RFPs, RFIs,

and client discovery calls.

Lead solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) workshops, and executive-level presentations to prospective

clients.

Collaborate with North America account executives and practice leads to qualify opportunities and shape go-to-

market messaging.
