Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at our mining plant in CG.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain effective safety management systems, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs for employees on safety procedures.
- Provide technical support to resolve safety-related issues related to electrical equipment, mechanical components, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Robust understanding of HSE principles, metal extraction processes, mineral processing techniques, and safety management best practices.
- 3-8 years of experience in iron ore mining or similar industry with a focus on safety engineering.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical).
