Role Overview

The Telemedicine Executive will be responsible for managing patient interactions through calls and digital channels, coordinating online consultations with fertility specialists, following up with patients, and ensuring a smooth telemedicine experience from initial inquiry to consultation.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding IVF and fertility consultations.
- Explain the telemedicine consultation process, available services, and appointment procedures clearly.
- Coordinate and schedule online consultations with doctors and assistant doctors.
- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled consultations, pending inquiries, and appointments.




- Ensure patients receive the necessary consultation links and relevant information on time.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of teleconsultations.
- Maintain accurate patient information, interaction details, appointments, and follow-up records in the CRM/software.
- Respond professionally and empathetically to patient queries related to the consultation process.
- Identify potential patients and convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.
- Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up for better patient engagement and conversion.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow organizational SOPs and protocols.
- Prepare daily reports related to calls, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure a positive and hassle-free patient experience throughout the telemedicine journey.
