Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, processing invoices, and monitoring cash flow. The role also involves supporting budgeting and forecasting activities,



ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and preparing periodic reports for management. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, assist with audits, and recommend process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in general accounting, financial reporting, and ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and basic financial analysis.
- Knowledge of taxation, compliance requirements, and local regulatory standards.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role; experience in retail, e-commerce, or apparel industry is an advantage.
