Job Summary
We are looking for a lead generation executive to identify, research, and initiate contact with potential clients in our target industries. This role owns the top of our sales funnel—building lists, sending first-touch outreach, and qualifying inbound interest—and hands off warm conversations to our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Research and build lists of decision-makers in supply chain, operations, and analytics roles across FMCG, food, manufacturing, chemicals, and agriculture sectors
- Send personalized first-touch outreach emails referencing relevant client outcomes and case studies
- Qualify inbound leads from website forms and marketing campaigns
- Route qualified leads to the sales team within 24 hours
- Follow a structured, multi-week follow-up cadence for non-responsive leads




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contacts and outreach activity
- Prepare weekly reports on leads generated, response rates, and pipeline volume

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or a similar SDR role
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience with B2B outreach and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently with structured daily targets
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial B2B sectors preferred

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
