About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO & AEO specialist to own our organic visibility strategy across both traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and emerging AI-driven answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and similar generative search surfaces). This role sits at the intersection of classic search marketing and the fast- evolving world of generative AI discovery, and is responsible for making sure our brand, products, and content are found, cited, and trusted across both.





Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end SEO strategy: technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and off-page/link-building.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with engineering to fix technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals).
- Manage and grow organic traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics across owned domains and microsites.
- Own the website end-to-end content updates, structure, page hierarchy, and overall health acting as the single point of accountability for the site's SEO performance.

2. Backlinks & Off-Page SEO
- Proactively identify and pursue backlink opportunities: guest posting, digital PR, directory listings, partnerships, journalist/media outreach (e.g., HARO-style opportunities), and industry pub
