We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Trainer to join our client and support training and development for e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce training, with exposure to Amazon processes and operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training programs for current hires and existing employees.

Deliver process and product training related to e-commerce operations.

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions based on business requirements.

Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Support continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.

Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.

Key Requirements





Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce Training.

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and processes.

Exposure to Amazon processes/operations will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage classroom/virtual training sessions effectively.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Comfortable working 5.5 days per week.

Candidates must be willing to work from Pune.
