Job Overview

Ride n Repair is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, making calls, generating leads, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for customer requirements.
- Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience will be an added advantage.
