About the Role

Shape Inside is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Representative to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and converting enquiries into interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and leads for interior design projects.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customers' requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Schedule meetings and site visits with potential clients.
- Present interior design solutions, products, and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful projects.




- Coordinate with the design and execution teams when required.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion.
- Interest in interior design, real estate, home improvement, or related industries is preferred.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with customers.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in interior design, real estate, furniture, modular kitchens, or home improvement sales will be preferred.
