Position: Resident Doctor (Female)
Reporting To: Senior Resident Doctor

Job Summary
The Resident Female Doctor will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to students, staff, and campus residents through the university health clinic. The role includes patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care support, medical documentation, and coordination with the Senior Resident Doctor and GNM staff to ensure efficient healthcare operations within the campus.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide OPD consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to students and staff.
- Handle routine medical cases, first aid, and minor emergencies at the campus clinic.
- Coordinate with the Senior Resident Doctor for critical or specialized medical cases.
- Supervise and guide GNM staff in day-to-day clinical and nursing activities.
- Maintain medical records, prescriptions, and patient history documentation.




- Monitor availability and proper usage of medicines, equipment, and clinic supplies.
- Conduct health awareness sessions, wellness initiatives, and preventive healthcare activities.
- Assist in organizing medical camps, vaccination drives, and emergency medical support during university events.
- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, safety standards, and university healthcare policies.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS from an institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Valid Medical Registration Certificate.
- 12+ years of clinical(Hospital) experience preferred.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

Additional Requirement
Candidate should be willing to stay on campus and be available for emergency medical assistance as per university requirements.
