About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager
to manage and grow a key enterprise client account. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
account management, client relationship management, delivery operations, and team leadership
, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and drive account performance.

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day account operations, ensuring effective delivery, leading internal teams, maintaining solid client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to overall account growth.

Key Responsibilities




- Own the overall client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for the account.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and understand their business requirements.
- Manage account delivery and operational performance to ensure requirements are fulfilled effectively and on time.
