Job Description for Nursing

1. Preparing equipment and ensuring examination rooms are clean and are with

Required supplies and materials.

2.Greeting patients and preparing them for physician examination. Screening patients for

Appropriate information and instructing them in collection of samples.

3 Aiding consultant as required during treatment, examination and testing of patients;

4 Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing

Standards.

5. Maintaining and reviewing patient records, charts and other pertinent information.

6. Maintaining patient confidentiality.

7. Coordinating appointments for Consultant, Pharmacy, lab , etc and conveying

Pertinent instructions and information to the patient;

8.



Completing and coordinating Consents forms and IP records.

9. Performing other related duties within the clinic as may be assigned.

10. Maintaining and documenting of OT register, Indoor case register, Forms and other related registers.

11. Collect feedback forms from IP patients

12. Posting OP and IP procedure and ensuring same is coordinated to relevant departments.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,977.76 per month
