About the Role

Were not looking for someone who waits for instructions. Were hiring a Production Head who owns the shopfloor like its a control tower orchestrating people, machines, and timelines with precision and speed. This role is not about coordination. Its about command.

Who You Are ?

5+ years in hands-on, high-pressure manufacturing roles

Held senior production positions in companies with 100-200 Cr+ annual turnover

Preferably experienced in furniture, fixtures, POS displays, or similar industries

Naturally inclined to solve problems, manage chaos, and get things done

Comfortable with targets, timelines, and trade-offs without compromising on quality

You lead from the front, and your team respects that

What Youll Be Driving ?





End-to-end production planning from order intake to dispatch

Floor execution thats lean, fast, and deadline-driven

Cross-functional coordination with sales, purchase, and prototyping teams

Setting up and refining SOPs that scale under pressure

Keeping a pulse on TATs, OTIFs, material movement, WIP, and capacity planning
