Role: Store Manager

Exp - 7-12 Years in luxury apparel segment

Location: DLF Chakanya, New Delhi

NP - Max. 1 month

Work Mode - WFO ( Can be 6 days WFO )

Experience & Background
- 6-10 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, or lifestyle environments
- Minimum 23 years of team leadership and store management experience
- Strong commercial acumen with proven sales delivery
- Experience in clienteling, CRM, and luxury customer engagement
- Exposure to inventory management, VM, and retail operations
- Experience managing large-format boutiques or flagship stores preferred
- Robust luxury retail and client relationship mindset

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Commercial Performance
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive achievement across all retail productivity KPIs
- Monitor daily business performance and implement action plans to bridge gaps
- Analyse sales trends, category performance, client behaviour, and commercial opportunities




- Drive profitability through effective stock utilisation and commercial planning
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reviews for leadership teams

2. Clienteling & CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clientele
- Drive repeat business through personalised client engagement strategies
- Ensure CRM data capture, client profiling, and follow-up standards are maintained
- Lead appointment selling, distance selling, and private client outreach initiatives
- Execute client retention, reactivation, and loyalty-building programs
- Manage after-sales service and maintain luxury client experience standards

3. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop boutique team members Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions
- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
