Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Manager IT Audit (FS) with one of our leading consulting clients.

The role involves leading IT Audit and Risk Advisory engagements, including ITGC, IT Application Controls, SOX, SOC audits, IT infrastructure reviews, and technology risk assessments. The position requires strong client-facing capabilities and the ability to manage audit engagements from planning through reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) assessments across manual and automated environments.
- Execute SOX 404, SOC 1, and SOC 2 audit engagements.
- Conduct IT audits, infrastructure reviews, risk assessments, and control evaluations.
- Review and assess IT policies, procedures, processes, and SOPs.
- Identify technology and business risks and recommend appropriate controls and remediation actions.




- Assess IT governance frameworks and support IT Risk Advisory engagements.
- Lead audit fieldwork, prepare workpapers, document findings, and develop audit reports.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate effectively with client stakeholders.
- Work closely with Engagement Managers and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the audit lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Audit / IT Risk Advisory.
- Full-time MBA / M.Tech / MS qualification.
- Solid experience in IT Audit with SAP exposure.
- Hands-on experience in:
- ITGC
- ITAC
- SOX 404
- SOC 1
- SOC 2
- Good understanding of IT governance frameworks, control frameworks, and audit methodologies.
- Knowledge of NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL, OWASP, COBIT, SSAE 18 / ISAE 3402 is preferred.
