Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) reviews to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Analyze data from ECM (Engineering Change Management) system to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Robust understanding of APQP, PPAP, ECM principles and practices.
- Experience working with Rubber automotive components will be advantage
