Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Talent Acquisition to lead the end-to-end recruitment function, build solid talent pipelines across business verticals, and manage a team of recruiters handling middle and senior-level hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline across all business verticals.
- Handle lateral hiring, particularly for sales and support functions.
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database through job portals, walk-ins, advertisements, employee referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Develop job descriptions and recruitment plans based on business requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, responsibilities and team structures.
- Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors.
- Share recruitment trackers and hiring updates with respective HODs on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 recruiters, ensuring productivity and achievement of hiring targets.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- 13–20 years of relevant recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in lateral hiring and managing recruitment teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing channels.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Candidates from BPO, IT and Manufacturing industries will not be considered.
Compensation
₹20–30 LPA, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Reporting to: Director.
