Your Role
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, Mobile OS, file and print services, and Office 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobility, VDI, and connectivity-related issues to ensure minimal business disruption.
- Manage user access requests, permissions, entitlements, and account administration activities.
- Support new employee onboarding including asset provisioning, system setup, and end-user training.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty services.

Your Profile
- 4-12 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Deskside Support,



or IT Service Desk environments.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), user administration, and access management.
- Knowledge of Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), SCCM, endpoint deployment, and device lifecycle management.
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving desktop, laptop, peripheral, printer, and conferencing device issues.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote connectivity troubleshooting.
