Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development with a strong background in Management/Business Consulting to drive new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, acquire clients, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the consulting domain.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client business requirements and identify suitable consulting solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and coordinate with internal consulting teams for project closure.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client conversion.




- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Management Consulting, Business Consulting, Financial Consulting, or Professional Services.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client conversion, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and close business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
