ABOUT THE COMPANY

Neuron Power LLP is engaged in the manufacturing of high-quality MPP-SH capacitors for fans, motors, pumps, air conditioners, washing machines, submersible panels and other electrical applications. We are looking for an experienced and process-oriented Production Line Supervisor for our manufacturing plant at Kundli, Sonipat.

JOB SUMMARY

The Production Line Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, supervising operators and ensuring achievement of production targets while maintaining prescribed standards of quality, productivity, safety and process discipline.

The candidate must have relevant experience in the capacitor manufacturing industry and a sound understanding of production systems,



manufacturing processes, SOPs, quality controls and shop-floor management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day production activities across the assigned capacitor manufacturing line.
- Plan and allocate manpower, machines and materials according to the daily production schedule.
- Monitor different manufacturing stages, including winding, spraying, soldering, assembly, seaming, impregnation/filling, testing and packaging.
- Ensure achievement of daily, shift-wise and monthly production targets.
- Maintain adherence to approved process parameters, work instructions, SOPs and quality standards.
- Monitor hourly production, rejection, rework, downtime and material consumption.
- Identify process deviations and take immediate corrective and preventive action.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning and Purchase departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
