Urgent requirement for Sr. Marketing Manager for Health Care Industry for Gurgaon location

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Communication & Content Strategy
- Brand Guardian: Ensure all external and internal communications align with the company's core values, brand voice, and visual identity.
- Messaging Development: Define and maintain consistent key messaging across all platforms, content, and campaigns.
- Content Oversight: Manage the content calendar and strategy for the website, blog, press releases, case studies, and other marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that supports marketing goals.
- PR & Media Relations: Support the development and execution of public relations strategies, including managing media inquiries and press outreach.

2. Social Media Management & Community
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate traffic across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
- Content Curation: Plan, create, and schedule daily, weekly,



and monthly content (text, image, and video) that is relevant to our target audience.
- Community Management: Actively monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages in the brand voice, and engage with the online community to foster positive relationships.
- Paid Social: Manage the strategy, budget, execution, and optimization of paid social media advertising campaigns to drive specific marketing outcomes (e.g., lead generation, app installs, sales).

3. Digital Marketing & Performance
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Website Management: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the website (including landing pages) is optimized for SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
