Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales skilled to drive and develop project-based business opportunities in the outdoor lighting segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects, Lighting Designers, Government Officials, Builders, Consultants, Engineers, and Contractors, while effectively promoting NERI’s products and solutions and securing brand and product specifications and approvals for various projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with relevant Architects, Lighting Designers and Government Officials to get NERI brand, product and technical specifications approved for projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, Builders, Engineers, Contractors and Government departments.
- Understand project lighting requirements and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Identify and generate new project leads through Municipal Corporations, Government departments, infrastructure projects and other institutional projects.




- Monitor upcoming projects and identify opportunities for NERI outdoor lighting products.
- Participate in relevant government and institutional tenders, including identifying opportunities, coordinating documentation and submitting tenders within timelines.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, presentations and techno-commercial submissions using MS Excel, MS Word, PDF and other relevant software.
- Coordinate with internal technical, commercial and project teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and execution of projects.
- Follow up with decision-makers, consultants and project stakeholders from enquiry through approval, order and execution.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
