Marketplace Operations: Sound hands-on knowledge of major e-commerce marketplace processes (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Tata CLiQ, etc.).

Operations Knowledge: Deep understanding of both B2B and B2C e-commerce workflows.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel (data management, reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Supply Chain & Logistics: Expertise in managing reverse logistics, order returns, claims, and inventory reconciliations.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal departments and marketplace account managers.
