D2C/e-commerce brand
, with strong expertise in scaling paid acquisition and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale
Meta Ads
and paid acquisition campaigns.
- Manage budgets, ROAS, CAC, MER, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Build full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
- Drive structured
creative testing
and identify winning ads/hooks.
- Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion efficiency.
- Track performance using
Meta, GA4, Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets
.
- Work closely with creative, merchandising,



and website teams.
- Own reporting, forecasting, optimization, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Solid D2C/e-commerce background.
- Deep expertise in
Meta Ads Manager
and campaign scaling.
- Strong understanding of
ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin
.
- Strong analytical and creative-testing skills.
- Experience in
fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or apparel D2C brands
is a plus.
- High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
