We are seeking a
Salesforce Developer with strong IQVIA OCE AMS experience
to support and enhance Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, application maintenance, support, customization, and troubleshooting within the IQVIA OCE AMS environment..

Primary Skills/Requirements
- Hands-on experience with IQVIA OCE (OCE-P preferred) — configuration, customisation, and support
- Strong Salesforce development fundamentals — Apex, LWC, SOQL, integration patterns
- Experience supporting or maintaining CRM integrations in a pharma/life sciences environment




- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve production issues with minimal handholding
- Prior AMS or L2/L3 support experience — not a first-time support role
- Monitor and maintain existing IQVIA OCE CRM integrations to ensure they are running correctly
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise — break-fix, root cause analysis, ticket resolution
- Make code-level changes where required (Apex, configuration) for bug fixes and enhancements
- Handle minor enhancements and change requests within the OCE environment
- Limited new development work may come up — not the primary focus
