We are a growing IT solutions Company. We are looking for a proactive and energetic professional to join our team as a Lead Generation & Tele caller Executive.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and collect potential customer leads from various sources (online directories, LinkedIn, tender portals, industry databases, Tele-calling etc.).
- Build and maintain a structured lead database in Excel/CRM.
- Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads contacted, responses, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Assamise).
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Ability to research online and extract verified contact information.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independent

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
