You’ll make a difference by:

Process Discovery & Problem Identification
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping and diagnostic reviews across H2R sub-processes including recruitment, onboarding, core HR, payroll,



time and attendance, benefits, performance management, learning, and offboarding.
- Identify process bottlenecks, manual touchpoints, compliance gaps, and areas of redundancy through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and design thinking workshops.
- Develop process improvement roadmaps with clearly defined cases, ROI projections, and implementation timelines.
- Benchmark current processes against industry standard methodologies and leading HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and ADP.
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design transformation solutions ranging from straightforward workflow automations to complex AI-powered intelligent process solutions.
- Apply product thinking and design thinking methodologies to develop user-centric solutions that enhance employee experience.
