Key Responsibilities
- Observe consultations, clinical procedures, rounds, and other relevant medical activities.
- Gain exposure to hospital clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Observe patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up processes.
- Attend departmental meetings, case discussions, academic sessions, and clinical presentations as permitted.
- Familiarize themselves with medical documentation and hospital workflow.
- Maintain qualified conduct and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow all hospital policies, infection-control guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Perform only those activities specifically permitted under the observership program and hospital regulations.
