24 Dimensions is a Pune-based real estate mandate and project marketing firm specializing in premium residential developments, working across project strategy, marketing and sales support.

What You'll Do
- Create high-quality creatives for real estate projects and marketing campaigns.
- Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & digital platforms.
- Create property listings, brochures, flyers, standees, posters, hoardings & presentations.
- Develop creatives for property launches, lead-generation campaigns & promotional activities.
- Edit and enhance property images through retouching, colour correction & image manipulation.
- Convert marketing briefs into creative concepts and impactful visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print communication.




- Resize/adapt creatives for multiple platforms and formats.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Content & Management teams.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.

What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design, Typography, Colour Theory, Composition & Visual Hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign or equivalent tools.
- Experience in Social Media & Digital Advertising creatives.
- Strong photo editing, retouching & image manipulation skills.
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Motion Graphics will be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Real Estate / Property Marketing / Architecture / Interior experience will be preferred.
- Solid portfolio is mandatory.
