We make real what matters. This is your role
- Coordinating a team of In-process Quality engineers and technicians to ensure manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with Plant standards and customer requirements
- Identify & plan resources, training and development of team
- Set and monitor KPIs for the team
- Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Management System
- Facing customer audits for Plant approvals and re-validations
- Coordinating with cross functional team for resolution of shop floor Quality issues.
- Prepare and release of In-process check list by defining checks at various stages of manufacturing. Improve existing documents as per needed requirements
- NC Management - Overall monitoring & controlling of all nonconformance (Internal & customer complaints) in online NC capturing tool.
- Conducting root cause analysis, corrective & preventive action for all complex/crucial problems, preparation of 8D/RCA rep
