Tableau Specs:

We are seeking a Tableau Developer, Business Intelligence to design, build, and optimize dashboards that deliver actionable insights across the business. This role will be hands-on in creating dashboards from the ground up, implementing advanced calculations, ensuring data accuracy, and applying thoughtful design for user adoption. Responsibilities include developing and testing Tableau dashboards, documenting logic, enhancing existing data sets for performance, troubleshooting/reporting issues,



and working closely with IT and BI teams to support workflows and governance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of BI experience with at least 3 years of Tableau expertise, strong dashboard design and development skills, and experience with SQL (Python and Tableau certification are a plus). Candidates should bring attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to pivot across projects. This role requires both autonomy and collaboration, with direct impact on the accuracy and usability of data-driven decisions across the organization.
