We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business growth by identifying and developing relationships with direct clients across the USA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing and IT services sales with a proven ability to connect with hiring managers and decision-makers and generate new client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target direct clients, hiring managers, HR teams and decision-makers across the USA.
- Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with USA direct clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand staffing needs and position company services.
- Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, staffing agreements and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.




- Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, opportunities and sales activities in CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Research market trends, competitors and new opportunities within the US IT staffing and consulting market.
- Develop long-term partnerships with direct clients and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development or sales.
- Strong experience working with USA direct clients.
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing and IT consulting industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
