About The Role
Part of a team of functional managers and specialists, the role is fundamental to supporting and advancing Dyson’s usage of the core Human Capital Management system (Workday). This role will serve as an HR Technology point of contact for HR functional areas and assists HR subject matter experts to identify,



plan and implement systems and process improvements. The specialist will have responsibility for the successful implementation, integration, configuration, and support of Workday applications from project initiation to production roll-out.

To be successful in this role, you will strive to deliver a 'best in class', effective service and will be a valued member of the wider People and Dyson Business Services communities at Dyson.

Key Responsibilities
- Support global business users and HR by troubleshooting system issues, resolving defects, maintaining system data structures, assisting with ad-hoc reporting requests, and administering biannual Workday-related processes.
- Take ownership of queries and actively manage them, providing best-in-class technical solutions and stakeholder support while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
