Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for coolant, oil, and lubricant oil manufacturing clients
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage and optimize technical service activities related to coolant, oil, and lubricant oil manufacturing, including:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product quality and process efficiency
- Providing technical guidance on product development and improvement
- Developing and implementing process improvements for manufacturing operations




- Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- BE, B-Tech, or BSc in a relevant technical field
- 10+ years of experience in the coolant, oil, and lubricant oil manufacturing industry, with a focus on technical service or related roles
- Robust understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
