Primary purpose of the role :

The Jr. Executive PPC is responsible for managing and monitoring shop floor activities to ensure smooth production execution and timely order fulfillment. This role ensures effective coordination with cross-functional teams (CFT) to track order status, address operational issues, support production planning, and achieve defined production and delivery targets. The position is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring timely execution, and facilitating seamless coordination across functions.

Major responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities as per customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and track order status from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with the shop floor team to ensure smooth and timely production execution.
- Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) such as Production,



Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Engineering.
- Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and constraints and take corrective actions.
- Ensure availability of materials, resources, and production capacity as per the planned schedule.
- Maintain and update production planning, order tracking, and status reports.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely completion as per committed delivery dates.
- Analyse production data and provide regular updates to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce delays, and optimize resources.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
