We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Insurance Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate motor insurance leads, follow up on policy renewals, and support the insurance team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding motor insurance renewals and new policies.
- Inform customers about insurance plans, coverage, premiums, and add-on benefits.
- Generate and qualify insurance leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers until policy renewal/issuance and payment completion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the system.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the Insurance Executives and insurance companies for policy processing.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, renewal, and sales targets.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide professional service.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Malayalam and English proficiency is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, insurance, automobile, or sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
