Travel Consultant - Sales

The Travel Sales Executive / Client associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding their travel needs, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through trip details, pricing, and planning. The consultant will manage follow-ups, address doubts, provide clear information, and ensure every customer has a smooth, confident booking experience with Dream On Travel through communication strategies. The primary focus is sales conversion, customer relationship building,



and maintaining accurate records of all leads and sales activities, and also carry out the bridging with marketing and operations

Key Expectation

The Travel Sales Executive / Client associate will lead Dream On Travel’s customer growth efforts, responsible for shaping the communication strategy, driving conversions, and ensuring every potential traveller receives a seamless and engaging experience. This includes overseeing telesales operations, managing direct customer interactions, and optimizing processes that turn interest into bookings.

The Client Associate / Travel consultant will shape sales processes, guide the telesales team, and play a crucial part in scaling Dream On Travel’s community and revenue.
