Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries for DTCP-approved residential plots
- Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and payment options to potential clients
- Schedule and coordinate free site visits for clients with company cab facility
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into site visits and plot bookings
- Achieve monthly targets for site visits and sales
- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with documentation team for bookings
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

*Requirements:*
- 10th & 12th Pass / Any Degree
- 0-3 years experience in Real Estate Sales, Plots Sales, or Customer Service preferred. Freshers can apply
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer and MS-Excel knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
