CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / PROJECTS MANAGER

2. Role Summary

Own end-to-end execution of, HT/LT line, UG cabling and distribution transformer EPC works (RDSS/DDUGJY/IPDS/RGGVY) & 33/11kV substation in Kerala — from design handover and material/vendor mobilization through testing, commissioning, billing closure.

3. Responsibilities
- Review project progress, safety compliance, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor project schedules, billing, cash flow, and material reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS, PERT, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Oversee multi-site execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

4. Technical Competencies Required
- HT & LT Lines, UG Cable Networks, Distribution Transformers, RMU, Testing & Commissioning, RDSS/DDUGJY/IPDS/RGGVY Project Delivery,



Project Planning (PERT/MS Project),Quality & Safety Compliance, Material & Vendor Management

5. Behavioural Competencies
- Leadership, Team Handling, Client Management, Negotiation, Decision Making.

6. Requirements
- Experience: 12–20 years in power distribution EPC, min 5 years as Project/Construction Manager
- Project exposure: Led at least 1 full RDSS/DDUGJY/IPDS project experience in Power Distribution.
- Language: Malayalam/English/Hindi(optional)
- Driving license: Mandatory (LMV)
- Site mobility: Willing to relocate/travel across Kerala sites
- Education: B.Tech/B.E/Diploma. (Electrical) mandatory
