Role Description




This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Office Solution AI Labs. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data and business processes, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and preparing functional specifications for development teams. The role also involves creating reports and dashboards in collaboration with BI and data teams, supporting solution design, and participating in testing and validation to ensure quality delivery. The Business Analyst will communicate findings clearly, facilitate meetings and workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
