Core Skills:
Solid spoken/written English, foundational talent acquisition awareness, phone screening ability, and high self-discipline for remote work.

Software/Tools:
Working proficiency in LinkedIn (Verified Account required) and Google Sheets.

✅
Schedule & Shift:
100% availability for fixed 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shifts, Monday to Saturday (Weekday off, NOT Sunday).

Must own a working laptop, high-speed home internet with power backup, and complete identity KYC verification upon onboarding.

Core Responsibilities

✔️
Candidate Sourcing:
Search resume databases, social media, and professional networks to identify matching talent profiles.

✔️
Profile Screening:
Review incoming applications against baseline client requirements and qualifications.

✔️
Telephonic Vetting:
Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess communication skills, interest, and candidate availability.

Data Tracking:
Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines in Google Sheets.
