Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist the L&D; team in planning and coordinating training programs for employees, such as NHT, refresher, process, or ad hoc.
- Support trainers during classroom, virtual, and field training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain training-related reports, MIS, trackers, and documentation to monitor and measure the performance of trained executives.
- Assist in collecting and analysing training feedback and effectiveness data and support the team in conducting training assessments, feedback surveys, and knowledge checks.
- Support employee engagement activities, workshops, and L&D; initiatives and perform other L&D-related; tasks and projects as assigned.
