We are seeking an experienced Quality Executive to join our Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine line daily routine checking, observation and problem analysis and resolving.
- Prepare action plan for corrective and preventive actions for rejection.
- Prepare rejection targets for controlling the process.
- Maintain the work as per ISO system and maintain ISO system.
- Machine Line QA staff shift plan and training.
- Prepare the Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports for better communication with the management.
- Responsible person of the Machine Line QC circle team to achieve the goal decided by the team.
- Process Capability study of CTQs.
- Shift Management & evaluation of subordinates.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Work exposure in Machine shop.
- Knowledge of Line process and working methods.




- Hands on knowledge of Roundness machine, Roughness machine, CMM, Microscope.
- Knowledge of Quality system, 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA
- Valuable command on MS Office

Work Experience: 8+ Years

Educational Qualification: BE - Mechanical
