- Prepare and review production reports and present operational updates to management.
- Ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of available resources.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate targets, updates, and process changes.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of client assignments.

Eligibility
- 7+ years of total experience in Medical Coding.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar managerial/operations role.
- Experience managing medical coding teams is preferred.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
