We’re looking for a
PPC / SEM Specialist
to join the
Thistle Media
team.

What you’ll be doing:

? Plan, launch & manage Google Ads campaigns

? Conduct keyword research & search intent analysis

? Optimise campaigns for better CTR, CPC, CPL & ROAS

? Manage budgets and maximise campaign performance

? Create and test ad copies and landing page strategies

? Monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities

? Generate campaign reports and actionable insights

What we’re looking for:





✔️ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC / SEM

✔️ Strong knowledge of Google Ads

✔️ Understanding of performance marketing metrics

✔️ Analytical and data-driven approach

✔️ Experience with lead-generation campaigns

✔️ Ability to manage campaigns independently
