We are transitioning away from external agencies to build a powerful, proprietary in-house growth engine. In today's e-commerce landscape, 'creative is the recent targeting.' As we aggressively scale our footprint, we are looking for a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketer to take complete ownership of our paid acquisition pipelines.

The Role

This is not your standard agency account manager role, this is a true growth ownership position. You will work directly with the founders and integrate tightly with our internal operations and content production team.

You won't be relying on generic static creatives. You will have a dedicated content team feeding you raw factory footage, artisanal journeys, and behind-the-scenes packaging clips. This gives you the perfect ammunition to test hooks, angles,



and formats at lightning speed. Additionally, you will be greatly assisted by AI in formulating and devising projections for your planned campaigns and evaluating creatives even before they go live.

Additionally, If you are excited by strategizing creatives, leveraging advanced Meta algorithms (like Andromeda and GEM), decoding search data, capitalizing on shopping trends, and operating with extreme ownership rather than hiding behind agency hierarchy, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Ownership:
Plan, launch, scale, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (leveraging Andromeda and GEM architectures) and Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, and Shopping).
- Profit-Driven Scaling:
Move entirely beyond vanity metrics. Optimize strictly for Contribution Margin (CM1), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and true Blended Return on Ad Spend (MER).
