Project Lead Developer - Full Stack
to join our team in
Mohali, Punjab
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in up-to-date full-stack development, client communication, project delivery, and hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years
of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in
Laravel, Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and Next.js
.
- Experience working with
MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
.
- Hands-on experience in building and consuming
REST APIs
and
third-party integrations.
- Experience with
AI automations
using




Text, Speech, and Call AI applications
.
- Good knowledge of
Git/GitHub
and version control workflows.
- Experience with
DevOps practices
, including:
Server Management
(Developer Level),
CI/CD Pipelines, Docker / Kubernetes, Project Builds
and
Scripting.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Strong understanding of
software testing, debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning
.
- Proven experience in
client handling
and
end-to-end project delivery
.
